In the center of the new vibrant commercial activity of Coral Gables, behind the most elegant garages of the region “The Collection” Cato's Wine Cellar was born.

On Friday, August 12, the State of Florida gave us the official license to sell wine, a privilege that we appreciate, that we honor and that we carry with responsibility.  We have qualified with all the trappings to be able to transport wine to your cellars and tables from the excellent portfolio of wines representing the best "Terroirs" produced in our home, Planet Earth.

Cato's Wine Cellar has wanted to recreate the appropriate atmosphere from the start.  Coral Gables , with all its charm, has given us the opportunity to open our cellar with a warm, elegant and tranquil atmosphere highlighted by a long table, similar to the one used by monks in their refectories, and providing a friendly place where all can partake of the house's specialties.

We are neither Wine Bar nor Liquor Store; rather we are a cellar where the best wines of the world arrive-from the most expensive, to the most contemporary to and private collections.

Our foundation is based on four principles: Quality, Service, Consistency and Price-all with the same value and interacting to make Cato's Wine Cellar the best place of its kind.
